Baby Boomers

“Spoon feeding in the long run teaches us nothing but the shape of the spoon.” – E. M. Forster

Don’t you love those dumb comments on Facebook (Meta) when it’s painfully obvious the commentator has no freaking clue what they’re talking about?

But you know what is almost as equally painful?

When someone responds to the commentator by stating, “they must be a baby boomer or from the spoon fed generation.“

Why even insult the baby boomers lack of intelligence by drawing attention to it?

Instead, why not ask the baby boomer to share why they believe or think a certain way. Perhaps, you can help the spoon fed generation develop critical thinking skills, which will assist in the reprogramming of their brain.

You’re never to old to learn something new. In fact, your brain was created to seek out rewards. What is more rewarding than understanding something from greater than 1 point of view?

Hello there. Everyone is an expert in their own mind. In the Present, we think about the Past, which dictates our Future. Don’t beat yourself up about The Past; there were too many non-constant variables to predict The Future. However, if you end up treating the Future like a crystal ball don’t be disappointed in it’s outcome but remember it ultimately was your Own Choice. Subconsciously living in a Conscious world or is it the other way around? Benjamin Schleibenhammerstew
